THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has again adjourned the case of former intelligence chief director Xavier Chungu to July 8, 2026, due to unavailable committal papers from the Director of Public Prosecution Gilbert Phiri. In this matter, Chungu is charged with the offences of communication of certain information, seditious practices and publication or disclosure of information to an unauthorised person.
