THE Lusaka High Court has adjourned the matter in which Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA) Accountant Francis Chipyoka and three others are accused of murdering IBA Director General Guntila Muleya. Constitutional Court Judge Vincent Siloka, sitting as a High Court Judge, yesterday adjourned the matter due to the absence of the arresting officer, who has been deployed on national election duty. In this case, four individuals, namely Chipyoka, M’Thusani Baza Dokowe, Alex Caleb Zulu, both police officers, and Samuel Baza Dokowe, an engineer, are jointly charged with murder.
