ZAMMSA Director of Internal Control Vivian Mupunda has told court that her audit findings established that medicines and medical supplies were delivered by Cube Pharmaceuticals before quotations were approved. In this matter, Nyasulu, Nalishebo Siyandi, and Nchimunya Habadu stand charged in counts one to five with the offence of abuse of authority of office, contrary to Section 21(1)(a) as read with Section 41 of the Anti-Corruption Act No. 3 of 2012. Nyasulu, Siyandi, Habadu and Dr John Kachimba are also charged with the offence of wilful failure to comply with the law and applicable procedure in counts six and seven.
