LOSING Lusaka Central Parliamentary Candidate Charity Lumpa has discontinued her petition, seeking the nullification of the election and the holding of fresh polls in the constituency. This is according to a notice filed in the Lusaka High Court. “Take notice that the petitioner herein discontinued the matter wholly against the Respondents herein forthwith,” read the notice.
