MIGHTY Mufulira Wanderers Football Club have secured the services of central defender Hillary Mwiinga on a two-and-a-half-year permanent deal from Lumwana Radiants FC, as the Mufulira-based side continue to reinforce their squad ahead of the new MTN Super League campaign.
