THE Chelstone Local Court has heard that after his wife ended a phone call, Levison Banda checked her call recordings and found a man asking whether the baby had grown and if he could come over for sex. He said that when he confronted his wife about the recording, she said the man was her long-time friend. This is a matter in which Patricia Lungu, 31, of Meanwood Chainda, has dragged her husband, Banda, 45, of Mandzi Valley to court for divorce, saying she cannot manage to be in a polygamous marriage.
