A COUPLE of Obama Ranchdale has told the court how their Rastafarian neighbour subjected them to a barrage of insults during a land dispute, including claims that he would have sex with the woman because her husband was not satisfying her sexually. The Chelstone Local Court has since ordered the neighbour, Tom Mubanga, to pay K6,600 in compensation plus costs after finding that he had indeed insulted the couple. In this matter, Kenneth Pilato, 54, and his wife, Josephine Lyambolo, 46, both of Obama Ranchdale, dragged Mubanga, 36, of Obama, to court seeking compensation for insults, alleging that he insulted them without provocation.
