In this case Alick Sinyenga Simbeye stood charged with defilement contrary to the laws of Zambia.
Taking plea before Principle Resident Magistrate Chongo Musonda, Monday Simbeye who described himself as a business man to the court, of house number 930 Buchi township Kitwe denied the charge.
Particulars of the offence are that on 25th July 2018, Sinyenga Simbeye had canal knowledge of a girl below 16 years contrary to section 138 of the penal code, Act number 15 of 2005.

Last month police arrested Simbeye for defiling his biological daughter on return from overnight prayers.

“The victim in the company of the father had gone for night prayers at the named Church in Buchi. On the way back, the father parked his motor vehicle a Toyota Spacio and had carnal knowledge with her without protection in the car.”
She said police patrol caught the Pastor Sinyenga in the act.
