COMMERCE, Trade and Industry Minister Chipoka Mulenga has ruled out any ban on the sale of second-hand clothes popularly known as salaula until government revives the textile industry. Recently, Economist Noel Nkhoma said government should consider banning salaula in order to grow the textile industry.
