PATRIOTIC Front presidential aspirant Emmanuel Mwamba says the arrest of Lusaka lawyer Ann Mwitwa, who was engaged by the former ruling party to handle campaign funds, is a breach of the rule and law. But the Drug Enforcement Commission says it will only issue a statement on Mwitwa’s arrest today because “some processes are still ongoing”. Speaking to journalists after offering solidarity to former president Edgar Lungu’s aide de camp Chisanga Chanda at the Lusaka High Court, Wednesday, Mwamba said Mwitwa was arrested for possession of property reasonably suspected of being proceeds of crime on Monday.
