CITIZENS Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC) Director General Dr Muwe Mungule says the Commission is seriously considering naming and shaming politicians who have defaulted on their loans. And Dr Mungule says the Commission will not entertain individuals who want to involve CEEC in their quest for political mileage. Meanwhile, Dr Mungule says CEEC’s loan recovery rate which currently stands at 27 percent reflects bankruptcy.
