TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TI-Z) says it’s shocking that President Hakainde Hichilema, who claims to be a servant of the people, is asking Zambians to ask public institutions for his declared assets rather than simply saying it. Recently, President Hichilema said he had always been declaring his assets and liabilities, and it was entirely up to citizens to take interest and seek that information from institutions that were holding those declarations.
