NATIONAL Housing Empowerment Fund (NHEF) project director Kamphelembe Ngulube says the company has suffered a lot of damage due to the Riverdale land scandal, lamenting that even clients who got genuine land which is on title have stopped paying. Commenting on the Drug Enforcement Commission’s decision to institute investigations into the Riverdale land scandal, Ngulube said the company was trying to repair the damage caused to the institution, insisting that no one was being defrauded. “What we did was in good faith.
