THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) says it looks forward to questioning former Kabushi PF member of parliament Bowman Lusambo this Tuesday, after he failed to make an appearance on Friday. Lusambo was scheduled to appear for questioning on Friday at 14:00 hours. But speaking to journalists after he failed to appear before the commission, Friday, ACC Public Relations Manager Timothy Moono said Lusambo’s lawyers had indicated that their client was out of town and could only appear on Tuesday morning. “We expected Mr Lusambo indeed to come and present himself before the Commission following up the summons that we issued to him.
