GOVERNANCE activist Rueben Lifuka says the fight against corruption should not be confined to merely investigating and prosecuting a few high-profile individuals. And Lifuka has welcomed the proposal for review of the criminal defamation of the President, arguing that laws that serve little value to Zambia’s democratic dispensation should be expunged from the statute books.
