THE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has announced that President Hakainde Hichilema will travel to Luanda, Angola today to attend the Inauguration Ceremony of that country’s President-elect, João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço. In a statement, Wednesday, acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Mulambo Haimbe said the President was scheduled to return to Zambia immediately after the ceremony. “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation wishes to inform the Nation that Mr. Hakainde Hichilema, President of the Republic of Zambia will travel to Luanda, Angola on 15th September, 2022 to attend the Inauguration Ceremony of His Excellency Mr. João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço President-elect of the Republic of Angola.
