COPPERBELT Minister Elisha Matambo says PF members jump like headless chickens whenever someone mentions police because the guilty are always afraid.   On Monday, acting PF president Given Lubinda accused Matambo of instructing police to arrest Kabushi PF aspiring candidate Bowman Lusambo.  Commenting on this in an interview, Matambo described Lubinda’s allegations as nonsense. “I will call it nonsense, that is what I will call it, it’s nonsense!
