PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says restoring the country’s economy in the past one year has been difficult to achieve. Addressing the 77th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, President Hichilema said despite the overwhelming challenges, government was resolved to rebuilding the country’s economy.    “Despite the challenges in the external environment, we are resolved to rebuild the Zambian economy and this resolve remains stronger than ever before.
