THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC), through its Anti-Money Laundering Investigations Unit, has re-arrested former Special Assistant for Press and Public Relations Amos Chanda and former RTSA chief executive officer Zindaba Soko for Corrupt Practices, following a nolle prosequi entered in their favour by the DPP in 2020. In May 2020, the State entered a nolle prosequi in a matter in which Chanda was jointly charged with then Intelligent Mobility Solutions board chairman Walid El Nahas and Soko for corrupt practices.
