And Patriots for Economic Progress president Sean Tembo has accused President Hakainde Hichilema of wanting to reduce a serious case of kidnapping to a “misdemeanour” like GBV. But Lusaka lawyer Dickson Jere says the President was right to use the term GBV given the wide definition which the Act regulating this provides.
