PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema yesterday spent some hours interacting with Kabushi residents in readiness for the much-anticipated by-elections slated for this Friday. And President Hichilema says he is gratified to learn from people how free education and the enhanced Constituency Development Fund have positively impacted their lives.
