PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema yesterday spent some hours interacting with Kabushi residents in readiness for the much-anticipated by-elections slated for this Friday. And President Hichilema says he is gratified to learn from people how free education and the enhanced Constituency Development Fund have positively impacted their lives. The President arrived on the Copperbelt Province late in the afternoon and was received by Copperbelt Minister Elisha Matambo and other government officials.
