VETERAN politician Leslie Mbula says he has served under all Zambian Presidents, except Edgar Lungu, and can tell that citizens will be happy because President Hakainde Hichilema will improve the economy. In an interview recently, Mbula, who was Secretary to the Cabinet in Levy Mwanawasa’s government, said he believed in President Hichilema.
