UPND Lusaka Province chairperson Obvious Mwaliteta has urged investigative wings to investigate the source of funds paid as nomination fees by PF presidential aspiring candidates, saying it can be money laundering activities. But PF information and publicity chairperson Raphael Nakacinda has accused the ruling party of having a poverty mentality, saying none of those vying for the PF presidency can fail to afford a K200, 000. Eight candidates who include, Dr Chitalu Chilufya, Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba, Mutotwe Kafwaya, Chishimba Kambwili, Emmanuel Mwamba, Brian Mundubile, Greyford Monde and Miles Sampa have successfully filed in their nominations to compete for the PF presidency after they each paid the required nomination fee of K200, 000.
