UPND spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa says the ruling party’s victory in the recently held council chairperson by-elections shows that PF has money while UPND has people. And Mweetwa says PF is not capable of unseating UPND, but “maybe” the Socialist Party, Citizens First, or a party that is yet to be formed. UPND recently scooped all three council chairperson by-elections in Mkushi, Mwense and Lusangazi districts.
