CIVIL rights activist Brebner Changala has described the President’s recent call for stakeholders to be open with his government as pure hypocrisy, arguing that UPND doesn’t entertain criticism. President Hakainde Hichilema recently urged cooperating partners and stakeholders to openly tell governments about things which are not being well, instead of saying things “in the loo”. But in an interview, Changala said many people had been arrested for merely criticing the new dawn government. “This is the highest mark of hypocrisy.
