HEALTH Minister Sylvia Masebo was put under social media spotlight over the weekend after she briefly read a wrong speech during the CDC Southern African launch of the Saving Lives and Livelihoods programme on Friday. Netizens took turns debating “Masebo’s incompetence” while others blamed the incident on her permanent secretary and personal assistants for failing to furnish the minister with the right speech. Other observers wondered whether the minister was under sabotage, and commended her for recognising that she was reading a wrong speech within the first paragraph.
