FORMER PF secretary general Davies Mwila says the former ruling party lost most seats in the recently held council chairperson by-elections because they campaigned without money. In an interview, Mwila said President Hakainde Hichilema shouldn’t be cheated that UPND was popular because PF also used to win by-elections while in government. “We didn’t have resources, we didn’t have.
