DRAMA yesterday characterised a Parliamentary Public Accounts (PAC) Committee hearing when nominated MP Likando Mufalali stormed out of the committee room after the Ministry of Agriculture struggled to justify the single sourcing of fertilizer worth $430 million during the 2021/2022 farming season. And the Food Reserve Agency has revealed that the Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit owes the agency K400,126,019 for the maize it got on credit between 2019 and 2022.
