PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says it doesn’t matter which government started a particular project, adding that his administration will complete the unfinished ones as long as they benefit citizens and the economy. The President has, however, expressed concern about the number of roadblocks on the local routes. Speaking during the official opening of the Mchinji-Mwami One-Stop Border Post, President Hichilema who was flanked by his Malawian counterpart Dr Lazarus Chakwera, said the only thing his government didn’t won’t want to promote was corruption. “The President has already officially modeled the opening of these facilities. ‘These facilities’, why am I saying so?
