CITIZENS First leader Harry Kalaba says President Hakainde Hichilema is not thick-skinned, arguing that he only wants to look good by repealing criminal defamation of the president. Speaking in Parliament recently, Justice Minister Mulambo Haimbe said President Hichilema had demonstrated that he was thick-skinned by deciding to repeal the criminal defamation of the president.
