MY Home Town Zambia has announced that it has suspended all its operations in the country, stating that the events after the June/July 2022 beauty pageant in Choma made its operations difficult. After the beauty pageant earlier this year, law enforcement agencies pounced on Zambian turned South African businessman James Ndambo’s premises in Choma and Lusaka where they seized seven motor vehicles. Among the vehicles seized were the Mercedes Benz and BWM that were awarded to two finalists of the Miss My Home Town beauty pageant which was held in Choma on July 2 and sponsored by Ndambo.
