JUSTICE Minister Mulambo Haimbe says a Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Act amendment bill will be tabled before the National Assembly as soon as the court matter is concluded. And Leader of the Opposition in Parliament Brian Mundubile has urged the UPND not to abuse the Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes law following the abolishment of the criminal defamation of the President.
