PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has pledged that all Memoranda of Understanding signed between Zambia and Angola before UPND formed government will be honoured. Speaking during a media briefing in Angola with his Angolan counterpart Joao Manuel Goncalves Lourenço, President Hichilema maintained that his government would not ignore other regimes’ works. “In this delegation, in this visit that we have in Angola, we have come with some of our business community members.
