THE Zambezi River Authority (ZRA) has revealed that the leakage at the Kariba Dam is allowing 20 litres of water per second, but says it has no effect on the safety of the dam wall. The Authority says the leakage on the dam has always been there, but people did not notice because the pool had not been drained.
