PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema’s Political Advisor Levy Ngoma says the Head of State will soon be meeting the House of Chiefs to discuss various national matters. House of Chiefs chairperson senior Chief Nkula recently lamented that the traditional leaders had given up trying to have an audience with the President as their attempts to meet him since June last year had failed.
