TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TI-Z) president Sampa Kalungu says law enforcement agencies should adopt the speed at which ACC investigated corruption allegations against Thabo Kawana in all cases. On Friday, the Anti-Corruption Commission said Ministry of Information and Media Director Thabo Kawana obtained a loan from the Public Service Micro Finance Company amounting to K594,277 to facilitate the purchase of a vehicle he later gifted to his wife. The Commission said there was, therefore, no corruption in the manner the motor vehicle was procured as the source of funding was found to be legal.
