LOCAL Government and Rural Development Minister Gary Nkombo has challenged anyone who is aggrieved about the cancellation of road contracts to proceed to court. In the National Assembly, Wednesday, Nkombo said 90 percent of PF members obtained road contracts fraudulently. “We decided it was wise to cancel all contracts.
