THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) says it has issued restriction notices on properties belonging to PF presidential aspiring candidate Emmanuel Mwamba and Citizen First president Harry Kalaba in Balmoral, Makeni. And Mwamba has described ACC’s decision to restrict his properties as an act of harassment, arguing that he cannot fail to buy properties as a former ambassador. Meanwhile, Kalaba says President Hakainde Hichilema will not succeed in the fight against corruption if wants to silence individuals criticising his government.
