SAVENDA Group of Companies and its managing Director Clever Mpoha have engaged Eversheds Sutherlands, a global law firm, to represent them in cases involving breach of contract and allegations of corruption. Last week, Savenda announced that it will be sending 70 per cent of its workforce on forced leave, lamenting that it has been having difficulties accessing funds to pay salaries and other operational expenses following ACC’s move to restrict its main bank account, among other reasons.
