IMMEDIATE PAST National Road Fund Agency board chairperson Joe Mutwale has charged that the NRFA management pushed for his dismissal after he exposed its illegal undertakings which included the diversion of over K500 million meant for road works to administrative consumption, annually. Mutwale, however, says he is delighted and relieved that an intelligent, capable and highly trained young lady has been appointed in his place.
