PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says Southern Africa should not run short of energy as this will create ripple effects that will in turn cripple factories, small-scale businesses and cause employment issues among its people. And President Hichilema says he has reiterated Zambia’s view to the Republic of Mozambique that a country should be run around constitutional provisions.
