ZAMBIA Medical Association (ZMA) Secretary General Dr Kaumba Tolopu says there is need for more sensitisation on NHIMA in order for it to truly benefit the masses. And Dr Tolopu says returning NHIMA to the Ministry of Health will not add any value if the current challenges facing the scheme are still existent.
