THE African Development Bank (AfDB) president has hailed President Hakainde Hichilema, describing him as one of the vision carriers for the continent’s agriculture renaissance and food security. And Finance and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane has reiterated Zambia’s support for the Bank’s progressive reforms and good usage of its resources.
