GOVERNANCE activist Brebnar Changala says the Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti must rise above her pettiness and allow the opposition to have a field day in the House as Parliament resumes. In an interview, Monday, Changala said Mutti was doing a disservice to the country’s parliamentary system by defending the Executive, adding that she must allow both good and “foolish” questions to be asked on the floor of the House. “I come to the elephant in the room and that is the Speaker.
