LEADER of the Opposition in Parliament Brian Mundubile says UPND cannot amend the Public Order Bill because they are enjoying arbitrary arrests. Giving his expectations as the National Assembly resumes in an interview, Mundubile said UPND was not committed to enacting a number of laws they had promised when they were in opposition. “As Parliament resumes, it’s sitting tomorrow (today), we are commencing what we call a report session.
