MINISTER of Local Government and Rural Development Gary Nkombo says he does not think President Hakainde Hichilema has read the book which Kelvin Bwalya Fube gave him. Recently, Fube, who is Zambia Must Prosper Leader, alleged that President Hichilema copied the CDF idea from his book.
