THE Inter Agency Cooperation on Asset Recovery has disclosed that a luxurious helicopter costing $1.4 million and is suspected to be proceeds of crime has been traced in South Africa and is expected to be repatriated back to Zambia soon. Last week, another helicopter was repatriated from Zimbabwe by the Drug Enforcement Commission and former foreign affairs minister Joseph Malanji claimed ownership.
