FORMER PF Secretary General Davies Mwila says Judge Wilfred Muma has been removed from the bench of the High Court Judges because he is perceived to be former president Edgar Lungu’s friend. On Friday last week, President Hakainde Hichilema, acting on the recommendation in the report presented to him by the Judicial Complaints Commission, removed Judge Wilfred Kopa Muma from the office of the judge of the High Court for Zambia with immediate effect.
