PF Information and Publicity Chairperson Raphael Nakacinda says some of his warnings, like when he raised alarm that police planned to arrest former first lady Esther Lungu for aggravated robbery, have helped to prevent civil unrest. And Nakacinda has agreed with Inspector General of Police Graphel Musamba’s assertion that he is paranoid, but argues that it is positive paranoia.
