FORMER Lusaka Province minister Bowman Lusambo says he sympathises with Local Government and Rural Development Minister Gary Nkombo because it takes a man to make a bold decision of relocating street vendors to designated trading places. And Nkombo says he didn’t get any goose bumps when some street vendors were chanting former president Edgar Lungu’s name because government is restoring the rule of law. Meanwhile, Nkombo says government should consider prosecuting parents who abandon their children in a bid to address the issue of street kids.
